SAMANTHA & JOSHUA - ENGAGED
I'm so thrilled to finally be able to share these images with you all! We had so much fun on this desert engagement photoshoot. Endless thanks go out to Sam & Josh for allowing us to share in the beginning of their new life together and document their love on camera. A shout out is in order for Virginia Smith, the most amazing set designer and set chef, for being there with us; your help and support did not go unnoticed. And as always, a gigantic thank you to my trusty assistants (and dear friends) Madeline and Marielle for being there to help me out on this amazing desert day (PS you should click those links to check out their amazing shots from this shoot as well). Hope you enjoy this Joshua Tree session as much as we did :)

YOU ALL HAVE TO COME FOR ME AND JOSEPH'S WEDDING!
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous!
These are all so damn beautiful and the focus and tones are all dead on. you have an amazing skill, mad props to Virginia because the set and food are so so wonderful.
ReplyDeleteMary Claire, despite the fact that I have essentially stalked through your flickr, blog etc, and probably seen all of your photographs (and envied those anyway), I think these are definitely some of the most beautiful photographs you've taken (and I've ever seen), I've been following your work for a couple of years now, and you've never ceased to amaze me.
ReplyDeleteIt's a bit of a babble up there I know, but basically, you're an incredible inspiration to me and please never stop taking pictures xo
Lovely love on camera
ReplyDeleteso beautiful, i love especially the black and white ones!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love the second one.
ReplyDeleteThe last one is my favourite.
ReplyDeleteIt looks so natural and you get a buzz of happiness just looking at it.
Good work, they're all beautiful shots.
hi mary-claire
ReplyDeletei don't like that you don't use your flickr anymore but hah did you know that you inspire me immensely to experiment with film photography which is very cool.
what i really like about these shots that they all look so sweet and oldish and i just like how everything is set up. my favourite one would have to be the one where the sit together and Samantha's feet are so cuteee, the fourth one to last. okay bye
